Opportunity: Clearwire Corp.

Wake up and smell the coffee!

Today, Sprint (S) announced to pay $1 billion in a deal with Clearwire Corporation (CLWR.) Investors have anticipated this deal for a while, and this is not a bad outcome. How bad can a transfer of capital be?

I guess someone didn't like the announcement when it nearly dropped 10% to $5.31. Fear selling off of what I consider good news has made this stock really appealing. It has been floating around $6 as of late.

I immediately got in at $5.40, based on my past conviction. Google, Time Warner, and Sprint back up this stock. Get in if it goes below $5.50 again. This deal guarantees 2 more years of operation, at least.
